High-volume leg and core endurance.
The free 14 day challenge
Finishwhat you start.
Three bodyweight sessions, done at your own pace. Record four numbers on day 1. Test them again on day 14.

Three sessions.
Your pace.
Caroline filmed three sessions for the challenge. They sit in your program in the app. Do them when your week allows, three a week, and repeat them until day 14.
Maximal bodyweight effort, coached exercise by exercise.
Short work intervals that bring the pace up without a gym.
Four numbers.Taken twice.
Day 1 opens with a short check-in in the app. Day 14 repeats it, so you compare yourself with yourself.
- Squats
As many as you can in 60 seconds.
- Push-ups
To form failure, in the version you can do.
- Plank
Held for time.
- Toe touch
How close your fingers get to the floor.
No progress photo on day 14. Two weeks is too short to change how you look. The numbers show what you did.
